We didn't invent a new system: NOA combines the proven GEOTRACE tracking and alerting platform with a simple emergency device – one button, immediate alert, no technical hurdles.
SISpro GmbH has been building software and communications solutions since 1989. GEOTRACE® was launched as a dedicated tracking and safety division — today, GEOTRACE GmbH & Co. KG, based in Waldbrunn, is the company behind NOA. What started as B2B technology has now arrived where it's needed most: in the family.

NOA is a safety and communication service, not a medical device — and no substitute for care. The NOA device cannot place an emergency call to 112. In a life-threatening situation, dial 112 yourself if possible. No sensor detects every fall (fall detection only on the NOA Mini): the button remains the most reliable way. We only promise what we can keep.

Clear pricing
Device once, plan monthly — no hidden costs. With the NOA Mini, the first response by the 24/7 emergency call centre each calendar month is included per device; every further one is subject to a charge. We will publish all prices at the start of sales.
