Referral programme terms.
Who receives a reward, when it falls due and how we pay it out.
1. Organiser
The organiser of the referral programme is GEOTRACE GmbH & Co. KG, Waldleite 21, 97295 Waldbrunn, Germany (“we”). We answer questions about the programme at info@noa.life. Further details can be found in the imprint.
2. Customer referrals
Anyone with a NOA account can take part. You will find your personal referral link in the NOA app.
If a person registers for the first time via your personal link and activates their device in the NOA app, so that their NOA subscription is active, you receive a reward of €50. The referral is assigned to you when the invited person registers; the reward falls due upon activation (section 4).
The invited person does not receive a reward.
3. Referrals by emergency contacts
Emergency contacts whom a NOA customer has stored in the NOA app find their own referral link on their personal contact page.
If a person registers for the first time via this link and activates their device in the NOA app, the emergency contact receives a reward of €20. This reward falls due three months after the activation (section 4).
The invited person does not receive a reward.
4. Due date and payout
- The reward under section 2 falls due as soon as the invited person has activated their device in the NOA app.
- The reward under section 3 falls due three months after this activation.
- We pay out the reward by bank transfer within 30 days of the due date. For the transfer we need your bank details (IBAN).
5. Lapse and reclaim
If the invited person withdraws from their contract for the device or for the NOA tariff, or returns the device, the entitlement to the reward lapses. If the reward has already been paid out, we may reclaim it.
6. Exclusions
- Self-referral is excluded: if you register yourself via your own link, for example with an additional account, no reward is paid.
- Multiple accounts are excluded: no reward is paid for a person who already has a NOA account or creates several accounts.
- No more than one reward is paid for each invited person, even if they have received several referral links.
7. Changes to and end of the programme
We may end the referral programme or change these terms of participation for the future. We will announce either in advance on this page. For referrals in which the invited person registered before the end or before the change, the previous terms apply.
