The device wearer's authorization to be tracked continuously — to download, fill in and sign.
Why this form?
By default, the NOA device only transmits the location when the emergency button is pressed — i.e. in an emergency only.
Only with this signed form may continuous location features be activated in addition. It is the device wearer's explicit authorization. Uploading the signed form inside the NOA app will follow shortly.
