What does the partnership cost?
The partnership itself is free of charge. You receive terms for device sourcing and a commission scheme for placed subscriptions. Standard marketing material is also included.
How does the sales process work?
You can stock devices yourself and sell on site, or just send us the end-customer order (drop shipping). Configuration of emergency contacts is done by you or us, depending on agreement.
How long does material delivery take?
Standard material (flyers, displays) ships within five business days. Co-branded material with your logo takes ~7–10 business days depending on print.
Can I get co-branded material with my logo?
Yes — above a minimum quantity we produce flyers and posters with your logo on the back. We print, you supply the logo file as PDF or SVG.
What about GDPR?
All personal data of end customers is processed only between NOA and the end customer. You as a partner have no access and don't need to handle data processing yourself.
What training do you offer?
A 60-minute online intro for your team. Content: device function, typical conversations, backend config, common objections. We can repeat annually on request.
