Call with an automated voice message
When it matters that the key information arrives immediately in an emergency: NOA calls your contacts and plays a clear, pre-defined voice message — fully automatically, without anyone needing to speak at the device.
How it works
In an alarm, NOA dials the stored contacts and automatically plays a spoken announcement — e.g. "Emergency at [name]. Please help immediately." The contact instantly knows what it's about, even if no one speaks at the device.
When is it useful?
Clarifies an emergency faster – which can avoid costly emergency-call-center dispatches (€10) and reduce unnecessary escalations. Bookable as an add-on (€5 / month); without it the feature stays disabled.

Zusätzlich gibt es eine professionelle, rund um die Uhr besetzte Notrufzentrale, die übernimmt, falls einmal niemand aus Ihrem Kreis rechtzeitig erreichbar ist. So bleibt kein Alarm unbeantwortet.
1 · Alarm wird ausgelöst
Ob Notfallknopf, Sturzerkennung, Geofencing oder Inaktivitätsalarm — NOA startet die Alarmierung wie gewohnt.
2 · Ihre Vertrauenspersonen zuerst
NOA kontaktiert immer zuerst Ihre hinterlegten Kontakte — per Anruf, SMS oder E-Mail, in der von Ihnen festgelegten Reihenfolge.
3 · Wenn niemand bestätigt
Bestätigt niemand den Alarm innerhalb der festgelegten Frist, wird der Notfall automatisch an die Sicherheitszentrale weitergegeben.
4 · Die Notrufzentrale übernimmt
Geschulte Mitarbeiter einer 24/7-Notrufzentrale bewerten die Lage, nehmen Kontakt auf und leiten die nötige Hilfe ein — bis jemand erreicht ist.
Transparente Konditionen
Die Verfügbarkeit ist immer enthalten — in jedem Tarif. Erst wenn die Notrufzentrale im Ernstfall tatsächlich übernimmt, fällt eine Nutzungsgebühr von 10 € je Einsatz an. Kein monatlicher Aufpreis, keine Zubuchung nötig.

Der Sicherheitsnotruf ist eine zusätzliche Sicherheitsebene — Ihre vertrauten Kontakte bleiben immer der erste Weg. Die Notrufzentrale steht in jedem Tarif bereit, falls einmal niemand aus Ihrem Kreis rechtzeitig erreichbar ist.

NOA uses a special SIM card that isn't tied to a single carrier — even in Germany. NOA automatically uses all available mobile networks via roaming. The result: significantly higher availability than any classic phone contract.
Multi-provider roaming in DE
Even in Germany NOA switches between Telekom, Vodafone and Telefónica — automatic, no intervention.
Best signal automatically
In emergencies, NOA picks the strongest signal at the current location — not the cheapest.
EU-wide coverage
Across the EU, NOA uses the available networks — without separate SIM or configuration.

Where one provider goes silent, NOA almost always finds another available network.
Iridium satellite coverage — where mobile ends.
For use outside classic mobile networks, NOA can be equipped on request with the worldwide Iridium satellite network. A solution for situations where no gap is acceptable.
Higher coverage — worldwide
Iridium covers nearly 100% of the Earth's surface. Even where classic mobile no longer works — from mountains to open sea.
Safety in remote regions
Ideal for high-mountain hiking, remote forestry and industrial sites, expeditions or rural areas with thin coverage.
Better reachability
When LTE and 2G aren't available, the satellite network takes over. Call and location message go through where standard devices stay silent.

satellite_alt How the Iridium upgrade works
By default NOA uses 4G LTE with 2G fallback and automatic network switching. That covers most inhabited regions of Europe — depending on local coverage.
On request we upgrade your device to a hybrid variant with an Iridium module. The device stays on mobile where available — but switches automatically to satellite when mobile fails.
