Trusted voice first
In an emergency, a trusted voice answers first – daughter, son or neighbour. If nobody answers, the NOA Mini starts the call chain again. If the emergency call service is switched on for the NOA Mini, the 24/7 emergency call centre is the last link.
Automatic fall detection (NOA Mini)
With the NOA Mini, fall detection can raise the alarm even when the button can no longer be pressed – with a 30-second pre-alarm to cancel a false alarm. No sensor detects every fall; the button remains the most reliable way. The NOA Watch has no fall detection.

Location transmission works across Europe, and with the NOA Mini so do calls – vacation, travel, work location all fine.

Working alone doesn't mean being left alone.
Caretakers, field service, security, technicians on site: those who work alone carry a higher risk. NOA can be used as a supplement for low-risk activities; the risk assessment remains with the employer.
For lone working at the workplace, NOA is not a substitute for a personal emergency signalling system in accordance with the requirements of the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV).

When a smartphone isn't enough
Trail fall, twisted ankle, phone battery dead – the NOA Mini calls by itself and sends the GPS location.

One press on the backpack strap is enough for family or friends to know promptly that help is needed.

Outdoors usually accurate to within a few metres – this helps to find you even without an address.
