Right of withdrawal.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you (or a third party named by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although it is not mandatory.

2. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs from a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery), without delay and within fourteen days at the latest from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.

We will use the same payment method for reimbursement unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.

2.1 Cost of return

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

2.2 Loss of value

You are only liable for a loss in value if it is due to handling not necessary for examining the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Exclusion or early expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply (or expires prematurely) to:

• Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal was removed after delivery.
• Goods made to consumer specification or clearly personalised.
• Sealed audio/video recordings or software, if the seal was removed after delivery.
