This cancellation page is the confirmation page pursuant to Sec. 312k (2) BGB (German Civil Code). It applies to consumers (Sec. 13 BGB) who have concluded a contract for NOA plan services (continuing obligation) via www.noa.life.

1. Which contracts can you cancel here?

Use this page to cancel your NOA plan (plan including booked add-ons) — ordinarily at the end of the respective term, or extraordinarily for good cause. The one-time device purchase is not a subscription and does not need to be cancelled; the right of withdrawal may apply to the device purchase.

2. How online cancellation works

Fill in the form and click "Cancel now".
You will immediately receive an electronic confirmation of receipt with date, time and reference number — on this page and by e-mail. Please keep the confirmation.
We review your cancellation and confirm the date on which your contract ends (notice periods: see Terms).

3. Declare your cancellation
